109% Gluten Free is a curated list of 100% gluten-free places. Every place is manually reviewed before being listed. No automated imports.

This list is for people with coeliac disease — not a trend.

Every place on this list is dedicated gluten-free — meaning the entire business is 100% free of gluten, including the kitchen, menu, and preparation areas, with no shared kitchen and no gluten-containing menu items.

I have coeliac disease — diagnosed over 20 years ago, though looking back, I had symptoms my whole life. It took an extreme flare-up in my early thirties before anyone finally connected the dots.

After too many bad experiences in restaurants that offered "gluten-free options" — only to find out the hard way that shared kitchens and cross-contamination were the reality — I decided to eat only at places that are 100% gluten-free and to make finding them easier for everyone else.

Mixed kitchens and dedicated kitchens get lumped together online as if they were the same thing. They are not.

And for me, they are not an option anymore. My health comes first.

This list is what I wished had existed a long time ago. Because I suspect I am not the only one, I decided in June 2026 to make it a summer project. May it help you too.

The list is growing — one verified place at a time.

I do not list gluten-free options.
I do not list mixed kitchens.
I do not list separate preparation areas.

If a place is not 100% dedicated gluten-free, it is not listed.

Quality over quantity. Every listing is there because it earned its place.

Every place listed on 109% Gluten Free is reviewed manually before publication.

Listings are researched using publicly available information, including business websites, menus, social media channels, and other relevant sources. When information is unclear or incomplete, additional verification may be sought directly from the business.

Some places have also been personally visited.

No listings are imported automatically, and inclusion cannot be purchased.

The goal is not to build the largest directory, but a trustworthy one. Every listing is reviewed before it is added.

I do my best to keep this directory accurate and up to date by adding new places and regularly reviewing existing listings.

However, things can change. Businesses may close, change ownership, update their menus, alter their kitchen practices, or revise their gluten-free policies without notice.

While every listing is reviewed before publication, I cannot guarantee that the information will always remain current.
